Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

We ship to Canadian destinations accepted at checkout. Review the delivery options and price shown for your address and cart.

How long does an order take?

Normal processing is about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization, followed by estimated transit of 4–6 business days from dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information.

Can I return something because I changed my mind?

Our voluntary policy does not accept change-of-mind, preference, wrong-selection or no-reason returns. Your non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.

What if an item arrives with a problem?

Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery for damage, defects, incorrect or missing items, or a material mismatch with the description. Read the Refund Policy, gather your order information and evidence, and obtain approval before returning anything.

When is an approved refund processed?

We initiate it to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. Your financial provider may take longer to display the credit.

Which payment option should I use?

How do I track my parcel or get help choosing a product?
